This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling and requesting refunds for event tickets purchased through our website ("Site") for events and exhibitions hosted by RDX-Real Deals Expo ("RDX"). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing event tickets. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not purchase event tickets from our Site.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a. Cancellation Policy: We have a strict no cancellation policy for event tickets purchased through our Site. Once an event ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

b. Transfer of Ticket: In cases where the original ticket holder is unable to attend the event, we may allow the ticket to be transferred to another individual. To request a ticket transfer, the original ticket holder must notify us at least five (5) working days before the event date. The request for a ticket transfer should include the full name and contact information of the new attendee.

2. Event Cancellation by RDX:

a. Event Changes: RDX-RE reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, and details. In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders.

b. Event Cancellation: If an event hosted by RDX-RE is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and we will provide options for refunds or ticket transfers to other events hosted by RDX-RE.
