Vendor Venue Partnership Policy:

1. Registration Process:

Vendors interested in registering with us as venue partners for hosting events at their premises must complete the registration process outlined on our platform.
The registration process includes providing accurate and complete information about the premises, facilities, and contact details.
Vendors must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and any other relevant agreements.

2. Venue Standards:

Vendors must ensure that their premises meet certain standards suitable for hosting events, including but not limited to cleanliness, safety, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations.
The premises should be equipped with necessary facilities such as seating arrangements, restrooms, parking, and technical equipment (if applicable), as agreed upon during the registration process.

3. Event Management:

Vendors are responsible for coordinating with event organizers regarding event setup, scheduling, and any specific requirements.
They must designate a representative to be available during events to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

By registering as venue partners and clicking the terms and conditions box, vendors hereby agree that we have the right to market and promote their premises for hosting events.
This includes using the vendor's brand logo in various forms of marketing materials such as website listings, promotional emails, social media posts, and printed materials.
Vendors acknowledge that this marketing exposure is beneficial for their business and brand visibility.

5. Reservation and Payment:

Vendors must clearly outline their reservation and payment policies, including any deposit requirements, cancellation fees, and payment terms.
All financial transactions between vendors and event organizers should be handled directly, and we shall not be held liable for any payment disputes or issues arising thereof.

6. Compliance:

Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to hosting events at their premises.
They should maintain necessary licenses, permits, and insurance coverage as required by local authorities.

7. Feedback and Improvement:

We encourage vendors to provide feedback on their experience with our platform and suggestions for improvement.
Continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction is essential for maintaining a successful partnership.

8. Termination of Partnership:

We reserve the right to terminate the partnership with any vendor who fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy or engages in conduct detrimental to our reputation.
Vendors may also request termination of the partnership with prior notice, subject to any ongoing contractual obligations.

9. Amendment of Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Waiver of Claims a. Participating brands, guests, and interviewees on the podcast waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against Real Deals Expo - Yash Rajan Salvi arising out of the use of podcast content for marketing or promotional purposes. b. They acknowledge and agree that Real Deals Expo - Yash Rajan Salvi may use the podcast content as described in these terms and conditions without any further approval or compensation.
