  • While we will promote the event and attract potential customers, we are not responsible for generating sales or guaranteeing any specific level of business for exhibitors.

  • The success of generating sales largely depends on the exhibitor's marketing efforts, product quality, pricing, and overall customer engagement during the expo.

  • Reporting Time and Load/Unload Responsibility:The reporting time for all exhibitors is 9:00 AM on the event days.

  • Please ensure you arrive at the venue well in advance to set up your booth and be ready for the expo's commencement.

  • As the venue is located on the ground floor, event organizers will not be providing any helper or assistance for loading and unloading of products.

  • Exhibitors are solely responsible for their own loading and unloading of goods, materials, and displays.

  • Kindly refrain from requesting any member of the event organizing team to lift or carry your goods under any circumstances.

  • Exhibitors must manage the loading and unloading process independently and efficiently.

  • Set-up and Dismantling:Exhibitors must adhere to the designated set-up and dismantling schedules provided by the event organizers.

  • No dismantling of stalls is allowed before the official closing time of the expo. All exhibits and materials must be removed from the venue promptly after the event ends.

  • Display and Safety:All displays and exhibits must comply with safety regulations and standards. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their displays are stable and secure to prevent accidents.

  • No obstructive displays that block the walkways or neighboring booths are permitted.Rules & Regulations for all Exhibitors

Booth Management:

  • Exhibitors should staff their booths throughout the expo to attend to visitors and potential customers.

  • Sales, promotions, and demonstrations are encouraged but should be conducted within the allocated booth space.

Noise and Disturbance:

  • Music, videos, or other forms of audio must be at a volume that does not disturb neighboring booths.

  • Live demonstrations or presentations should be conducted with consideration for the overall expo ambiance.

Event Organizers' Instructions:

  • Exhibitors must comply with any instructions or guidelines provided by the event organizers during the expo.

  • Cooperation with event staff and following their guidance is essential for a smooth and successful event.

Product Licensing and Compliance:

  • All products and services exhibited must adhere to relevant local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

  • If applicable, exhibitors should have necessary certifications and permissions for their products.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booths clean and presentable throughout the expo. Waste should be properly disposed of in designated bins, and spills or accidents should be addressed promptly.

Conduct and Professionalism:

  • Exhibitors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in their interactions with visitors, organizers, and fellow exhibitors. Respectful behavior towards all attendees is mandatory.

Security and Valuables:

  • Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their booth and any valuable items they bring to the event.

  • Any theft or loss should be reported to event organizers immediately

Visitor Policy:

  • Kindly be informed that RDX - Real Deals Expo is a corporate event, and for security and logistical reasons, no visitors from outside the building are allowed to attend the expo. Only employees, owners, and individuals with valid access to the We Work Chromium Powai building will be permitted to visit and explore the exhibition.
